During my visit with the client, I search for information about their likes and desires. Clients, who express frustration at their inability to describe what they want, are, in fact, giving me much information.

For an artist, it is the art of listening beyond simply the words spoken that becomes the impetus for the visions which make their way from imagination, actualization to realization.
